Youth Karate

In our youth class, our instructors will focus on developing the core values of respect and discipline in your child while aiding in meaningful character development. While in class, students are exposed to basic techniques, forms, and stances while developing physical fitness, coordination, and focus. Junior Karate

Our junior class continues the same values as the previous age group while integrating more advanced concepts within self-defense and sparring. Students will focus on improving their technique and physical fitness to help with their strength, speed, and agility.

Teen Karate

Our Teen Karate Class encourages personal growth by fostering a positive and supportive environment. Participants will learn to set goals, persevere through challenges, and build strong work ethics. The program emphasizes important values such as integrity, humility, and empathy, helping teenagers develop strong character traits and become well-rounded individuals. Additionally, The class helps teenagers improve their physical fitness, acquire effective self-defense techniques, and develop valuable life skills that will benefit them both on and off the mat.

Adult Karate and Krav Maga

Led by experienced instructors, this program combines elements of traditional martial arts and boxing to create a comprehensive and dynamic training regimen. Participants will learn a wide range of techniques, including punches, kicks, and knee strikes, all tailored to K-1 rules. Through pad work, partner drills, and controlled sparring, students will develop their speed, power, and precision. The program caters to all fitness levels, allowing individuals to progress at their own pace while focusing on enhancing cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility.
