Martial Arts For All Ages And Skill Levels
Youth
Respect, Discipline, and Coordination – In our youth class, our instructors will focus on developing the core values of respect and discipline in your child while aiding in meaningful character development. While in class, students are exposed to basic techniques, forms, and stances while developing physical fitness, coordination, and focus. Our experienced instructors provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and have fun.
Junior
Courage, Integrity, and Responsibility – Our junior class continues the same values as the previous age group while integrating more advanced concepts within self-defense and sparring. Students will focus on improving their technique and physical fitness to help with their strength, speed, and agility.
Teen
Leadership, Confidence, and Perseverance - Teens are subjected to a constantly evolving environment that they, at a young age, must make decisions for themselves and adapt. Elite Legacy Martial Arts can give your teen a sense of community and consistency while they improve in an individualistic manner. At the same time, we are exposing them to Krav Maga self-defense techniques with an emphasis on being aware of one's surroundings, Kickboxing, giving a healthy sense of competition, and the ambition and feeling of accomplishment that Karate provides to earn the next belt.
Adult
Self-Defense, Fitness, and Stress Relief - Traditional Goju Ryu Karate, Kickboxing, and Krav Maga are what we do; fitness is just a side effect. In various exciting, structured group classes, we will take the time to provide individual guidance on the lesson. Our approach genuinely provides an environment that welcomes everyone of all ages and skill levels. Everyone is different, but we promise to ensure you develop as a new or current martial artist.
Don’t Just Take Our Word For It
My daughter really enjoys studying Martial Arts at Elite Legacy. Sensei Robyn and Sensei Adam are great with kids. They are patient, supportive, and encouraging.
